Founded on Dhillon Ishar Singh’s birthday, Dhillon Foundation was birthed by Harjit Singh Dhillon. The aim of the corporation is simple: giving back to the local community. The first act performed by Dhillon Foundation was carried out in 2020. During the peak of Covid, with the retail price of masks at an increase, many high risks groups were left alone to fend for themselves. So on the 26th of January, Dhillon Foundation distributed 220,000 masks free-of-charge to those individuals in need. Apart from that, the corporation is a regular supplier of free food to local NGOs in Hong Kong. Regular small acts of kindness is just a small stepping stone in the road to repaying the debt to the local community where Harjit Singh Dhillon grew up.
